Some of our products include free delivery, check the product description to find out if it’s included.

All “ letterbox friendly “ marked items are free delivery. If unmarked items are included in your order you will only pay a flat postage fee.

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days but please note that bank holidays are not included.

We dispatch Monday through Friday, orders may be dispatched over the weekend during busy periods.

We reserve the right to cancel any order or delay dispatch of livestock or live plants during periods of cold/hot weather or industrial action.
